Marijuana




Marijuana is one the most well known and often abused drug in this country. Marijuana is a preparation of leafy material from the Cannabis plant. The main active chemical in marijuana is THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol).

What marijuana looks like:

Marijuana is green, brown, or gray mixture of dried, shredded leaves, stems, seeds and flowers of the Hemp plant.

Methods of use:

Marijuana is usually rolled into a “joint”. It can also be used in pipes, made of assortment of items, and water pipes called “bongs”.
