Craighead County Detention Center says goodbye to Matt Hall, Jail Administrator. He and his wife are starting a new chapter of their lives in Alaska! Matt has always done an exceptional job in his capacity as administrator, always striving to make this a better place to work. We are going to miss him and Chassity; we wish you all the best.

Effective October 31, 2016, Keith Bowers will be our new Administrator. Keith has been with the Sheriff's Office for many years and has worked in many capacities, most recently as the Environmental Officer. What many of you may not know, Bowers is the former Sheriff of Independence County, He is an ALETA instructor, and he is a 30 year veteran of law enforcement. He has been and will continue to be an asset to our team as we move forward. Please help me welcome Captain Bowers as our new CCDC Administer.
